To deactivate your Alice Blue account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to BOT application
Step 2: Log in to your account using your Ant Application ID and Password.
Step 3: Select the Account Closure option from the menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Select Request for Account Closure.
Step 5: Complete the survey.
Step 6: Select which account we want to close for ex: only DP, only Trading or Both.
Step 7: Then OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address.
Step 8: Paste the OTP received from your registered phone number as the final step to ensure completion.
In addition, the E-sign process must be completed.
Please keep in mind that your account will be deactivated within three business days.
The client can go for the deactivation or closer.
