What causes the display of the “Invalid CSRF Token” error when trying to enable TOTP?

The appearance of the Invalid CSRF Token error is attributed to problems with the browser:

To fix the error, the following are the steps to be followed:

  • Clear the cache memory and delete all cookies using the default browser settings.
  • Ensure the default browser is updated to the latest version.
  • Enable cookie acceptance in the browser.
  • After completing the aforementioned steps, refresh the page.

To eliminate cache memory and delete all cookies, proceed with the following steps:

  • Access the browser settings.
  • Navigate to Privacy and Security.
  • Select Clear browsing data, then go to Advanced.
  • Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, and Auto-fill form data.

To enable cookies, follow these instructions:

  • Access browser settings.
  • Navigate to Site settings and then Cookies.
  • Select Allow cookies.
