Login Issue

# Api User Access Denied:-

If Clients have not taken any trades for a period of 12 months (1 Year ). then the account should be marked as dormant. Once the account is set as a dormant account client cannot able to login into ANT application, Mobi / web, etc.

Once the client account is activated, the client can able to login and trade: 

Steps to Activate Dormant Account

Step 1. Visit Dormant Account Activation and Log in with the required credentials.

Step 2. Click on Continue Application

Step 3. Fill the required fields

Step 4. Once filled the required fields will be Activate in 48hrs

# Not Able to Validate, Please Contact Administrator:-

More than 2 client users were activated with the same mail id the error should occur.

Solution:-

Need to change mail id, once the mail id should change client can able to login and trade

E-Mail id Modifications:-

Step 1. Visit BOT and Log in with your credentials.

Step 2. Click on your profile and select My account

Step 3. Click on the personal, edit button, and modify your Email

Step 4. Once you have entered a new Email, OTP will be sent to your Register old Email / Mobile Number

Step 5. Submit the OTP and click on Verify. New Email ID will be updated in 24 hrs

# User Block:-

While login more than 3 times enter the wrong password user should block, 

Solution:-

Need to unblock the user.

Steps to unblock the user:-

Step 1. Ant and Log in with your credentials.

Step 2. Click on Unblock Account

Step 3. Enter your user id and pan number

Step 4. Click on unblock

# Error in New Trading application:-

Your account is moved to the new trading (ANT 2.0) application, still if your using the old application then you might face the error.

Solution:-

Need to Switch the account / Account recovery.

Steps to unblock the user:-

Step 1. ANT and Log in with your credentials.

Step 2. Click on “Change” Web / Switch account (Mobile)

Step 3. Enter your user ID and pan number

Step 4. Click on Reset password

With the new password please login into the application and place the order.
