To view the family account, follow the process below:
- Log in to our “BOT” application.
- Click on “My Accounts” from the Profile section.
- Select “Family” from the left side menu.
- Click on “Link a Sub-Account”.
- Fill in the required fields: Client code, PAN number, and Registered Mobile No.
- Click on “Continue”. A verification link will be sent to the sub-account holder’s registered mobile number.
- The sub-account holder needs to click on the link and accept the invite.
