Is it permissible for a minor to submit an IPO application?

Typically, minors (individuals under the age of 18) do not have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, including financial transactions. In many jurisdictions, applying for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) involves entering into a contractual agreement and making financial commitments. As a result, it is generally not permissible for a minor to submit an IPO application on their own.
