What is the reason for F&O contracts not being visible for a specific stock?

Futures and Options (F&O) contracts are limited to a specific group of listed securities on the exchange, as well as a selection of indices such as Nifty, Bank Nifty, Nifty Midcap select, FinNifty, Bankex, and Sensex.

If the F&O contract is not visible despite correctly entering the instrument’s name, it suggests the stock may not be eligible for trading in the F&O segment. SEBI establishes specific criteria for the inclusion of instruments in the F&O segment.
