If I no longer have access to the registered email and mobile number with Alice Blue, what should I do to resume trading with Alice Blue?

Customers lacking access to the mobile number and email ID associated with their Alice Blue account can reset their password by first updating their new contact information. This update can be performed through an offline channel only.

Step 1: Download the account modification form here.

Step 2: Include both the current details and the updated information that requires modification. 

Step 3: Courier it to Alice Blue’s Head office. 

Step 4: The document will be validated by Alice Blue, after the validation the details will be updated in the trading account, after that you will be able to reset the password and log into your trading account.
