  • Graphic Adaptation: Assist in adapting graphic designs for different platforms, formats, and sizes, ensuring consistency and quality across various marketing materials and channels.
  • Platform-Specific Designs: Create and adapt designs for specific platforms and channels, including social media, email, websites, and print, while adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
  • File Conversion: Convert design files between different formats and resolutions as needed, ensuring compatibility and optimization for specific use cases.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives, and ensure timely delivery of adapted designs.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and critique adapted designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, and implement revisions as needed.
  • Project Support: Support the design team in various projects, including concept development, brainstorming sessions, and design production tasks, as assigned by senior designers.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into adaptation processes and design solutions.
  • Documentation: Document adaptation processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in design adaptation tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (candidates pursuing or recent graduates preferred).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency and quality across adapted designs.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
