Dormant Account Reactivation Policy

Dear Partner,

Definition of Dormant/ Inactive Accounts:
As per SEBI, if any client who hasn’t had any buy or sell transaction for 365 days is considered
as a Dormant/Inactive account.

Process for re-activation of dormant account:

The client can reactivate their account by completing the steps listed below.

  1. Visit our Website
  2. Complete the KYC Process
  3. And eSign
  4. To register under a partner, the client has to mention the referral/franchisee code

Upon completing the above process, the flagged/dormant account will be reactivated and a
default sharing percentage of fifty-fifty will be applicable.
