Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd shares listed on Thursday at a discount of nearly 10% from the ₹90 issue price, opening at ₹82 on BSE and ₹81.10 on NSE. The IPO was open from July 24 to July 28, 2025.

The IPO of Brigade Enterprises’ subsidiary saw strong demand with 22.95 crore bids against 5.12 crore shares. QIBs subscribed over 5 times, while NIIs subscribed nearly 2 times their reserved portion.

Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. is a hotel owner and developer across South India, operating nine hotels with 1,604 keys. A subsidiary of BEL, its properties are managed by global brands like Marriott, Accor, and IHG.
