Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd announced asset purchase agreement to acquire Sanofi global anti tuberculosis and anti infective portfolio including 13 branded generic products across more than 55 countries.

The portfolio reported net sales of about 62 million euros in 2025 and includes marketing authorizations brands regulatory dossiers inventory and associated commercial rights without transfer of facilities.

The acquisition is subject to antitrust and foreign investment approvals and aims to expand global presence strengthen anti infective segment and support forward integration using existing fermentation and API capabilities.
