Indiqube Spaces shares debuted weakly on July 30, listing at ₹216 on NSE and ₹218.70 on BSE, both below the ₹237 IPO price. The ₹700 crore IPO was open from July 23 to 25.

The Indiqube Spaces IPO saw strong investor demand, subscribed 13 times overall. It received 21.16 crore bids for 1.62 crore shares, with QIBs at 15.12x, retail at 13.28x, and NIIs at 8.68x subscription during the three-day bidding.

Indiqube Spaces Limited, founded in 2015, offers managed, tech-enabled workspace solutions. It provides plug-and-play offices, customized interiors, and value-added services, catering to both B2B and B2C clients across corporate hubs and branch offices.

The objective of Indiqube Spaces IPO is to raise funds for business expansion, repay debts, and enhance working capital. ₹314.32 crore was secured from anchor investors ahead of the IPO launch on July 22.
