Interiors & More successfully launched on the stock market today, with its shares starting at ₹270 each on NSE Emerge, showing a notable 18.9% increase from the ₹227 issue price. The company’s IPO, which was open for subscription from February 15 to February 20, had a price band set between ₹216 and ₹227 per share. This inaugural listing of the equity shares on the NSE Emerge platform took place on February 23.

Established in 2012, Interiors and More initially traded in artificial flowers before expanding its product line to include a wide range of decor items, leveraging in-house manufacturing, global sourcing, and innovative marketing. The company primarily earns revenue from artificial flowers, plants, and leaves, priding itself on quality and customer satisfaction. 

It continuously diversifies its product range to cater to various customer needs, aiming for market growth. The primary goals of its IPO include allocating INR 4.5 crores for debt repayment/prepayment, INR 25 crores for working capital needs, and the remainder for general corporate purposes like brand building and marketing, enhancing overall financial health and market position.
