Ratan Tata, the esteemed 86-year-old former chairman of Tata Sons, has addressed rumours about his health, confirming they are without basis. He acknowledged undergoing routine medical check-ups attributed to his age but emphasised there is no serious health concern to worry about.

Tata clarified that he remains in good health and spirits, despite claims suggesting he was hospitalised due to a blood pressure drop. He stressed that these reports are unfounded and urged the public and media to avoid spreading false information.
He made his statements via an Instagram post, where he sought to reassure everyone by stating his check-ups were purely precautionary. Tata expressed his wish for privacy and respect from the media and the public during this time.

Initial reports on Monday falsely reported that Tata was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. He has since actively dispelled these rumours, reassuring his followers and the public of his stable condition.
