Q2 Results: G M Breweries reported a decline in net profit for the quarter ended September 2024, falling by 3.13% to Rs 21.67 crore compared to Rs 22.37 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The company’s sales also experienced a downturn, decreasing by 1.70% to Rs 149.00 crore, down from Rs 151.57 crore in the prior year.

The operational performance reflects a reduction in operating profit margin (OPM), which decreased to 18.47% from 19.61% year-on-year. The profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) also saw a slight decline of 2%, falling to Rs 30.47 crore from Rs 30.97 crore in the previous year.
Similarly, profit before tax (PBT) experienced a decrease of 2%, registering at Rs 28.97 crore compared to Rs 29.47 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. These figures indicate a challenging financial environment for G M Breweries in the latest reporting period.
