Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to own the complete product
design lifecycle, from understanding business problems to delivering production
ready digital experiences.
This role goes beyond creating beautiful screens. You will work closely with Product
Managers, Engineering, Marketing, QA, and Business teams to design intuitive,
scalable, and impactful experiences across Mobile Apps, Web Applications, CRM,
Admin Panels, Partner Platforms, and Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to launch.
● Understand business goals, user needs, and translate them into intuitive
product experiences.
● Design Mobile Apps, Web Applications, Dashboards, CRM, Admin Panels,
Landing Pages, and Partner Platforms.
● Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and
pixel-perfect UI.
● Build and maintain scalable Design Systems and reusable component
libraries.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and
analytics.
● Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Marketing, and
Business teams.
● Prepare production-ready developer handoff and support implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
★ 3–8 years of Product Design / UI/UX experience.
★ Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping,
Design Systems).
★ Strong UX, UI, Interaction Design, and Visual Design skills.
★ Experience designing Mobile and Web applications.
★ Experience creating Design Systems.
★ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
★ Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
★ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
★ Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects.
Good to Have:
● Experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP, Dashboard, Admin Panel, or Enterprise
Product Design.
● Experience in FinTech, Banking, Trading, Insurance, Payments, or Investment
Platforms.
● Motion Design (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
● Experience with AI tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney,
Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, or v0.
● Basic HTML/CSS or Flutter UI understanding.
Tools:
Must Have: Figma, FigJam, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Preferred: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Express, Webflow, Framer, AI Design &
Productivity Tools
